This Old Fashioned is inspired by the aromatic flavors of fried rice. Combination of bourbon, Ine Mankai sake infused with fried rice & toasted pandan leaves. With the leftover of the infusion, Mesa’s bartender created a hydrosol with a touch of jasmine.
